As you are bombarded with political ads to get out and vote during the mid-term elections, you might want to remember the Child Abduction Prevention Act introduced in 2003 as HR 1104. These members of Congress either voted no or didn’t bother to vote at all. All of them probably have plenty of time to explain why now, at least those running for office.
