The question has arisen as to why the Marcus Fiesel story didn’t receive much national attention. It is a question asked often times when a child goes missing which never seems to be adequately answered.

“We pitched the Marcus Fiesel story to Fox (News) on several occasions, but it didn’t attract much interest,” says Steve Ackermann, the WXIX-TV (Channel 19) news director who worked 12 years as a CBS News producer. “It’s hard to make that story relevant to someone outside our immediate area.”

Is this the same Fox (News)?
