Do you know who this 8-month-old girl is? She was found in a stairwell in Toronto on Jan. 30, 2008. Unlike the recent cases in Texas of Riley Sawyers and the infant Alijah Mullis who were both murdered, she was abandoned.

Toronto police have arrested two people they believe are the parents of an infant abandoned in a freezing cold garage stairwell four months ago, after tracking them to a Southwestern Ontario apartment where they lived with three young children.
