Portland, OR – Tonight at 6:30 PM, James Nelson Petty II, a 33 year-old white male, was arrested by members of the U.S. Marshals Oregon Fugitive Task Force, at the Silver Spur RV Park located at 12622 Silverton Rd., Silverton, Oregon. Incident to arrest, two minor children who had been listed as “Endangered Missing” on the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) website, were taken safely into protective custody.
On the NCMEC website, photographs of Anthony and Brooklyn Vincent are profiled along with the suspect photograph of James Petty.
