In St. John’s County Fl, sex offenders were informed they were not allowed to pass out candy to trick or treaters. Authorities patrolled the streets to make sure known sex offenders kept the porch lights off.
Hall County Ga.’s plan was to have all known sex offenders visit their parole officers between 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Only law enforcement authorities know whether either plan was successful. There is nowhere for the general public to search possible sex offenses against children for yesterday or any day for that matter.
A quick search of the NCMEC, does show one missing child for October 31st.
According to the NCMEC, Zulema Galvan Munoz, 14-years-old, was last seen walking to school on October 31, 2006 wearing a black and red zippered front sweatshirt, jeans and white tennis shoes. She may be in the company of a male traveling to Mexico in a 1995 red Mitsubishi Eclipse, Michigan license plates ACP6752.
Update: A second child has now been added to the NCMEC site. Nathan Jovan Solano is considered lost, injured or missing. Nathan was last seen at school on October 31, 2006. He may still be in the Salinas, Ca. local area.
Status: Both children have been removed from the NCMEC site. Nathan was reunited with his parents. There is no status update at the NCMEC site as children are simply de-listed.
Why are you encouraged to search for them, to support the NCMEC with donations but when it comes to learning the fate of these missing children, your assistance is no longer needed?
